• Has experience in teaching or is studying to become a teacher in health and social care.
• Can start at the end of March and work until June.
• Has a passion for young people's right to a good education and is interested in meeting the individual needs and circumstances of students.
• Appreciates collaborating with other colleagues, has a positive and solution-focused approach, and thus contributes to developing both competence and well-being in the team.
• Is skilled at creating motivation and building good relationships with students.
• Has the ability to exercise a safe and pedagogical mentorship carried out in a team with colleagues.

Victum Gymnasium is located in central Helsingborg, next to Helsingborg C. The school is housed in a beautiful building with pleasant facilities and a view of Öresund. Here, just over 230 students and around 20 staff meet daily. At the school, we have the Health and Social Care program, the Child and Leisure program, and the Introduction program. Victum is an independent upper secondary school run by Victum AB, a family-owned educational company that has been operating upper secondary education in Helsingborg since 2002.
